1. Position:  Office Assistants

Reports to:   Admin Officer

Location:    To be determined

Job purpose:  To ensure assigned locations are kept clean and to dispatch mails.

Duties:

  • Clean assigned location
  • Dispatch mails
  • Maintain way book
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience: Minimum of BECCE with at least two Credits.

Should have a minimum of three years experience in cleaning and dispatching mails.

 

Competencies:

  • Ability to read and write clearly
  • Knowledge to operate modern office equipments
  • Ability to ride a motorbike
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
