The Public Affairs and Taxpayer Education Unit (PATE) is the main communications conduit for the NRA. The Department is responsible for fostering and maintaining good relations with all stakeholders and for ensuring that stakeholders have a sound understanding and acceptance of the policies underlying the NRAs activities.
